Belle ia also another rescue sheltie. She was actually a puppy mill rescue! people who abuse animals like Belle just sicken me to death. She is very very timid and shy but she has improved a good percent. That is always good to know. Belle is the only dog in the sheltie rescue group that is up for adoption. Her chances for adoption are slim but are getting better every day. Please pray for poor Belle to find a good home!!!
